The 2UUL DA22 is a 5‑in‑1 precision blade set purpose‑built for PCB / mobile motherboard repair tasks (underfill cleaning, glue removal, chip / IC separation).
Each blade is hand‑finished / hand‑grinded to produce a smooth sharp edge that reduces risk of scratching or damaging circuit board surfaces.
The handle (or integrated shank) is heat resistant up to 300 °C, enabling safe use in conjunction with hot air guns or elevated temperature environments.
The design is lightweight and compact, making it comfortable for extended use.
The “QUICK” system allows for rapid blade changes (i.e. quick swapping of blade tips without disassembling a complex handle)
The set includes 5 different blade types (often labeled Q, U, I, C, K or similar) each specialized for different tasks:
Model Q: to separate CPU and NAND
Model U: remove IC / CPU glue
Model I: separate CPU and RAM
Model C: remove lateral IC glue
Model K: cut underfill black glue
The blades are made of high carbon / high quality steel, designed for durability, good toughness, and ability to maintain sharpness under use.
